Zhejiang Bisheng Plastics Co.,Ltd. is located in jiashan, which is the northeast of zhejiang
province and close to shanghai, jiangsu and suzhou province with very convenient transportation.
The company had been established officially at the beginning of 2005 with an initial investment of
15millon USD. Till 2007 the production capacity of polyvinyl butyral (pvb) interlayer film,
architecture glass, has been increased to 5,000 tons annually, among which there are 4,000 tons for
automobile glass and 1,000 tons for architecture glass. We have installed the first part of
production line (laminating glass line) and the second part of production line (ultrared heating
glass autoclave).Laminated glass output will more than 4000 square meters per day.
Manufacturing plant is designed to achieve the condition of constant humidity, constant
temperature and anti-static adopts advantaged equipments from germany us and canada.
The company is currently investing in the 2nd stage of pvb interlayer film production line. Then it
is currently the pvb interlayer film producer that with the heaviest investment by us in china and
the overall estimated output will have 12,000 tons per year.
