We were founded by Dekang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the pioneer in Electric Cigarette industry. Dekang is based in the biggest tobacco production area of the world - Yunnan. Under the authorization of the Chinese government, it is engaged in the research of tobacco processing. Taking advantages of the abundant local resources and company's research power, Dekang continues to supply tobacco extracted products for both domestic use and overseas tobacco companies.
