General description
Established in 1997, We,Zhejiang Aojie Woolen Textiles Co., Ltd.,near Ninbo Port China and close to Shanghai ,is a Worsted Spinning Mill in China.
Products
Our products are Worsted Yarns.
1 ) ,Product range :
( The Wool we use includes : Australian Merino Wool / Chinese Wool / Uruguayan Wool / Argentine Wool ,etc ) .
( a ), Worsted 100% Wool Yarns : Normal / Normal Shrink-resist / Mercerized Shrink-resist .
( b ) , Worsted Wool Blended Yarns : Wool / Acrylic, Wool / Polyester, Wool / Nylon; Wool / Rabbit hair , Wool / Silk,Wool / Cashmere,Wool / Alpaca; Wool / Tencel, Wool / Viscose,Wool / Bamboo, etc.
( c ) ,Other Worsted Yarns : Silk / Linen / Acrylic ; Enka / Tencel ; Tencel / Acetate / Viscose Filament ; 100% Bamboo Fibre ,etc.
2 ), End Use: for Weaving / Flat Knitting / Circular Knitting to make hosiery, fabric, sweater, suiting, scarf,cap,etc.
3 ), Count : available from 20 Nm to 100 Nm .
4 ), Single yarn / 2-ply / 3-ply.
5 ), In hank / On cone .
6 ),Color: Raw white / Top-dyed ( Single Colour / Melange Colour / AB Colours / ABC Colours).
Scale
Up to now ,we have a staff of 400 people, an area of 30,000 square metres and 13,000 worsted spindles with an annual output of 1 300 metric tons Worsted Yarns.
Advanced equipments we use are :
Autor Coner made by Savio , Italy .
Two-for-one Twister brought in from Volkman, Saurer ( Switzerland ).
Electronic Doubler.
A whole set of Fibre-testers .
Swiss Uster Yarn Evenness Tester .
