Hualong are specialists in producing wear resistant rubber products. Our primary markets are wholesale manufacturing for large scale Engineering, Mining and Mining equipment corporations for whom we offer a complete service of supply of design.
Our Product range includes everything rubber from Slurry Pump Parts, Ball Mill Liners, Flotation Cells ad Sets, Trommels and Screens, Rubber Lined Steel Pipes, Flexible Industrial Hose, Conveyor Idler Lining and much more.
Founded in 1998 Hualong has constantly expanded and improved their facilities and expertise. Current manufacturing is now located at the new facility outside Shandong Dezhou with the administrative headquarters at the original plant in the city. The new facility covers an area of 600,000sq meters and has a staff of over 300, 50 of which are senior technical and administrative staff. Hualong also has a marketing office in Beijing with a staff of 20.
Hualong is proud to serve China's foremost companies one of which includes Kingda (China's largest pump manufacturer). For Kingda we provide the ZGB300 De coking volute liner which is the largest in China. We also manufacture for BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) China's largest mining engineering firm. Our BGRMM supported extra large flotation sets occupy 80% of the domestic market. Our flotation sets utilize quality steel for the framework, custom tackifers and our sophisticated liquid nanometer wear resistant rubber production technology has received a national patent (ZL2005 2 0000494.X).
