Shenzhen Aglare Lighting Co., Ltd. established in 2001, covering an area of 5000 square meters. As a professional LED manufacturer, we are devoted to making and marketing LED lamps, LED strips, LED tube lights, LED modules, amusement LED lamp, and other variety of LED lighting products, which are widely applied in backlight, decoration and illumination.
Due to the rapid growth of photoelectric industry, we are aware that the LED have the unique characteristic as the new energy-saving, and eco-friendly lighting sources in future. In 2005, we set up another department for led lighting and employed 15 R&D engineers to engage in indoor and outdoor decoration and lighting. In 2007, we invested tens of millions of dollars to import 8 auto machines and equipments from Taiwan and U.S.A. to develop and construct 4 automated production lines. We bought 2 SMT automated lines to produce 3528, 5050 SMDS in various color which are widely to make our main products like led flexible strip and led tube light.
The auto machines have efficiently improved high-volume production. The annual output of our SMD is 90 million pieces and of white LED lamps is up to 240 million pieces. What????????more, with a monthly output of 10,000 strip lights, we can control the defective rate less than 0.2%, and ship the order within 3 to 5 days. We have a strong capacity to meet your large volume order.Comparing with other standard model in this market, you will find that our price is 5% to 15% lower, that????????because we control the raw materials and make LED components by ourselves. To ensure quality, our QC inspectors test the products 48 hours constantly to check color and intensity, aging, leak, shock before shipment. Most of our p roducts have already successfully granted the EU????????CE, ROHS and En60825 approval.
