Our enterprise is specialized in producing various types of modules, bar, flanges, rollers and other mechanical cylinder. We equipped with three forging machines, 10 tons electro-hydraulic hammer machines with 10-ton manipulator that correspond as 2000 tons hydraulic press, three high-temperature annealing furnace and two spheroidizing annealing furnace. And we can provide deep process services such as forging,heat treatment, turning and milling etc.
Our steel production adopting combined process routes of EAF+LF (VD) and EAF+ ESR, MXSSC is able to produce a variety of tool & die steel for different uses according to advanced international standards JIS, DIN, ANSI, BS, GB or customers? requirements.
