Wuxi Baolu Forging Co., Ltd. is located in the northwest of Wuxi city, at the side of Shanghai-Nanjing railway, near to 312 National Road, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal going through the city. The transportion is very convenient.
Baolu is a Hong Kong joint venture, specializing in forging products all along, which covers an area of 90,000 square meters, with a registered capital of $ 12.8 million and total investment of $30 million. Equipped with 3,600-ton hydraulic machinery, 4,500 mm NC ring-rolling machines, 4-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, ertical lathes, horizontal lathes and other forging equipments.
The products include all series of axial and annular forgings ( wind tower flange and main shaft, gear shafts, sleeves, cylinders etc.) which are widely used in bearing cover equipments, wind-power equipments, heavy machines, marine equipments, petrochemical pipeline equipments, steel rolling products etc.
Currently, the maximum diameter of the axial forgings we can reach is 1400mm, and 4200 mm for annular forgings. We also can provide high quality rough machining and heat treatment of all kinds of annular forgings. In additional, our inspection equipment enable us to do chemical analysis, mechanical test, spectral test and UT test.
As a professinal forging manufacturer we have obtained the certification of ISO 9001: 2000 quality system,TUV, DNV,etc. we have exported our products to many countries, such as Amercia, Germany, Italy, Canda and South-east Asian market.
