The rock wool production line consists of a series of sections where the raw materials are transformed into thin fibers, collected, and packed into the final insulating products. Rock wool is produced mainly using igneous rock, e.g. basalt, dolomite, etc.
Rock wool products include: board, pipe, felt, band and paper. Rock wool is a new kind of construction materials in heat insulation and soundproof field. It is broadly applied in national defense, petroleum, chemical, architecture, metallurgy, refrigeration and transportation and many other kinds of fields, because of its excellent performance of high temperature resistance, heat insulation, cold insulation and sound absorption etc. it is the first choice material in industry equipment, all kinds of buildings, pipelines, storages, boilers, heat exchangers, fans, vehicles and ships for instance.
