Huayu Electrical Appliance Group Co., Ltd. is a science and technology-oriented group enterprise with export right engaged in researching, developing, producing, selling and serving of electric iron, water dispenser, air condition, ice maker, frying pot, oven toaster, electric oil-heating radiator, frypan, electromagnetic oven, electric rice cooker, coffee machine, spray iron, and other home electrical appliances. The core enterprises include Zhejiang Huayu Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongxin Appliance Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huayu Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and Cixi Menger Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.
Huayu Company was set up in 1996. Now it occupies floor area 350 mu (over 233,000 square meters), building area 135,000 square meters. There are about 2580 staffers serving in the company, including 280 middle and senior technicians. The annual production volume of electric iron reaches 8.5 million sets, air condition 250,000 sets, water dispenser 1.1 million sets, and other home electrical appliances 2.18 million sets.
The company fully implements ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OA (Office Automation), Intranet, finance management system, CAD, and other modern managing and designing means. It has set up a complete enterprise operation and management system, and set up a Huayu Electrical Appliance Engineering Tech Innovation Center jointly with Zhejiang University. The company has passed the assessment of ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environment management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system. All products have passed CCC certification, and most products pass VDE, GS, CE, CB, ETL, UL, LVD, LCIE, SASO, S, EMF and such foreign certification. Our electric iron won the honor of "national inspection-free product" in Oct. of 2004, and "well-known export brand in China" in Jan. of 2005. |
