Fordpointer Shipping Company Limited, established in Hong Kong in 1985, is an international freight forwarder which provides premium worldwide logistic services for sea and air freight operations.
In 1990, Fordpointer set up its branch office in Shanghai to develop business in Mainland China. Since then, Fordpointer has established branches in 10 major cities in China. With established branches in both the East and West coasts of the United States and a well-built network, our service grows rapidly. This provides our trading partners in America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa with tremendous business opportunities.
As a member of the FIATA (The International Federation of Freight Forwarder Association) , the HAFFA (Hong Kong Association of Freight Forwarding And Logistics Limited) , the China Association of Shipping Agency, the United Shipping Inc. , and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Fordpointer's service network employs over hundreds of agents all over the globe. Our outstanding services are well recognized through our profound history and reputation.
In 1991, Fordpointer filed as a NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operation Common Carrier) with the Federal Maritime Commission of the United States. In addition, the company was granted the "Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers License" and the "International Freight Agency Licence" by the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China.
