The first phase of investment brought in the most advanced ten cold-drawing and cold-rolling production lines for stainless steel seamless pipe. The second phase of investment plans to bring in over ten production lines for stainless steel welded pipes.

Our company can then produce stainless steel seamless pipes with outer diameter 6~530mm ?al thickness 1~20mm?ength 4000~13000mm and mirror plate pipes with outer diameter 10~159mm ?allthickness 0.8~6mm?ength 4000~6000mm and also stainless steel welded pipes with outer diameter 8~2540mm?all thickness 0.5~25mm.The major materials consist of 304?304L?321?316?317L?321H?310S?347?347H. Special materials consist of 2205?2507?904L?2520Si2?GH3030?HG800 etc.

The production of stainless steel pipes is in compliance with standards of GB2270-80, GB/T14975-2002, GB/T14976-2002, GB/T13296-91, GB5310-95, GB9948-88, ASTM A213, ASTM A269, ASTM A312 and JIS G3463 etc. All the raw materials are from Baosteel, Taiwan,TISCO,Yongxing and partimported.So the raw material quality is guaranteed.  Our company is equipped  with imported spectrolab facilities for PMI, Eddy Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Hardness Testing and Impact Testing. We have strict measures in controlling raw materials, production technology as well as quality inspection.
