Lyter Safety Shoes Material Factory was found in 1982, and it is the first professional Research and Development manufactory for safety shoes toe caps, insole and other related shoes accessories products in China. Lyter aims at meeting customer and production needs, was restructured in 2004. May, and moved to DongGuan City-the international shoes city.
We mainly produce steel toe cap, aluminum toe cap, plastic toe cap, steel midsole and cloth midsole. And which have beening exported to over 10 countries and regions, include Europe, United States, Canada, Japan, HongKong, Middle East, Southeast Asia and so on. We have a strong management system with sophisticated and high efficiency. All process for development of products and moulds, molding of products, heat treatment, sand removal, surface processing, clean and test of products are done by ourselves.
Now, there are over 500 advanced model equipments and more than ten advanced special products and testing instrumentation, equip three production lines. Our annual production capacity has reached to 10,000,000 pairs.
The products conformed to the national LD50-94 and the standards of EN-12568, ANSI-Z41, CSA-Z195, JIS-H-S-L. We owned the proprietary intellectual property rights with patent number of?ZL200520066954.9? and the products quality is recognized by our customers.
