Kwok Fai located near Shenzhen airport with in 15 minutes? drive, and it is so convenient for visiting us. Kwok Fai provide various injection plastic and the die cast molds with excellent quality for customer, including the automotive components, housing appliances, electricity tools, machine components parts. The customers located in European, American , Africa, South Africa and Eastern Asia. Such as Volvo, Volkswagen, Philips, GM, Ford, Toyota, Mitsubishi, TVS, TTI, LG, Midea, etc.
Kwok Fai factory occupies 8,000spm, with 200 mold makers and technicians, 60 engineers, there are more than 60 in mold trial and injection department they are working 2 shifts to service the customer and meet their requests. And the annual turnover is about 8 million US$(about 600 tools per year). Kwok Fai services the needs of customers in all direction with precision quality, also including the service of maintenance and tracking for the quality after mold delivery. The engineering dept. in Kwok Fai analyzing the mold and products with the top updated software, mold flowing to checking the injecting processing and optimized the design for the molds and plastic parts, provide the reliable project for the customer and serve customer.
