Recognizing the advantages of high quality in quick turn situations, NTS soon utilized Top Crown's capabilities by transferring millions of caps to this factory. Top Crown soon garnered additional praise from the market as Hat World claimed that Top Crown made the best Wool Classic cap they had ever seen. Another vote of confidence was during the Red Sox World Series when competitors of NTS could not keep up with demand; NTS was granted a special license to produce 50,000 World Series caps that were delivered in less than 2 weeks. For the last 3 seasons Top Crown has offered on-site development for Global headwear producing as many as 96 styles in 3 weeks.
Top Crown owes much of its success to its in-house embroidery and its association with Sky Dragon, the largest embroiderer in Asia. As well, Top Crown has a strong relationship with SNAP, a silk screen and embroidery house that enjoys a reputation as one of the most innovative embellishers.
