Kunshan Changfa Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd., located between China largest industrial city Shanghai and the ancient city Suzhou, is close to the famous Yangchenghu vacation resort. Prepared to construct in May, 2002, it has been put into production and become one of four large aluminum processing enterprises in China, with brand-new equipments, possessing a fixed asset of RMB40,000,000, with 120 employees, covering an area of 21,600 square meters, and its annual output of aluminum alloy products is 8000t.
Holding advanced equipments, our company has already formed a complete set of production line for aluminum alloy processing from melting, extruding to heat treatment, covering 1 set of 3000t hydraulic machine , covering 1 set of 1650t hydraulic machine ,1 set of 1250t hydraulic machine,1 set 500t rising & drawing machine, 1 set of 100t rising & drawing machine, 1 set of 200t pressure straightener, 1 set of 150t pressure straightener, 3 sets of large, middle and small straighteners, 1 set of 10m and equality furnace, 10m aging furnace, 18m and 10m high-standing type quench furnace, 2 sets of son-and-mother furnace for melting, physical and chemical inspection instruments and other auxiliary equipments. Can produce stick materials of ?8-?260mm and Irregular Sheet of ?10-?260mm with different wall thickness.
