SHK is located in Shanghai city, it was a branch of Shanghai Lianggong Valve Factory which was founded in 1946, specializing in the manufacture of valves in American standard for export. In 1993, by joint investment with Singapore Federal Hardware Engineering Company, it became the first valve joint venture enterprise in China, abbreviated as SHK and completed the restructuring reform successfully in 2005.
