Our company is a professional sheet metal fabrication&stamping manufacturer which localed in ShenZhen City,GuangDong Province,PRC.
Our factory established in 1998,and the area is almost 24,000 square meters,and now have 700 employees.Varies thickness of SECC,SPCC,SGCC,SUS, Aluminum,copper sheets , quadrate/round steel tube,copper bar are in common use,also include the aluminum profile etc.We have the total solution for the whole process for the fabrication/stamping parts,include cutting,bending,tapping,riveting,CO2 welding,Ar welding,spot welding,powder coating,wet painting, electroplating,anodize,passivation,etc.With the strong design&process capability of the hard tooling,we can offer the precise stamping parts for the customer. We also got the ISO9001:2000 certificate in 2007 by TUV,and have almost 50 person worked in Quality assure department,30 person worked in engineer department. For the software,Pro-e Wildfile,AutoCAD are perfect for us.And all of our products can comply with ROHS /Wheel/Reach dictate since 2007.
Our product include varies kinds of range,such as indoor cabinet/outdoor cabinet(can meet IP55-IP65 scale),ATM cabinet,IT server box(from 1U to 5U),19" rack,precise stamping parts...etc.
