Xingtai Jinniu Fiberglass Co., Ltd., (JNFG), is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, about 390 kilometers south to Beijing, Capital of China.
This company was found in year of 2002 and came into normal production in year of 2003. There are two furnaces here with direct melting process for E glass only; total capacity is 50,000 metric tons per year, products cover Direct roving, SMC roving, Spray up roving, Translucent panel roving, Chop roving, CSM input roving, Woven roving, Chopped strand mat, Chopped strands, Combo/Stitch mat, Multi-axial warp knitting, etc., total 11 types and over 100 specs of products. Our products are being extensively sold all over China and most parts of the world, about 50% of the total capacity is exported to America, Europe, Middle-east Area, South Africa, Asia-Pacific Area, etc.
This company has built modern management, fully promoted 5-S management and fully set forth standard of qualified work, these helped achieve most efficient running of the whole company. In year of 2004, this company successfully gained ISO9001:2000 Certificates for Quality Management System, ISO14001: 1996 Certificate for Environment Management System, GB/T28001:2001 National Certificate for Safety Management System; in year of 2005, products of chopped strand mat and of woven roving were successfully certificated by China Classification Society; in year of 2007, the both products gained DNV certificates as well.
Started on a higher point, JNFG have most advanced machines and technologies, such as winders, CSM machine, Multi-axial warp knitting machine, Stitch mat machine, lab machines, quality control system, etc., some key equipment and some key technologies are directly imported from US, Germany, Japan and other advanced countries.
