Beijing Huanda Automobile Assembling Co., Ltd is specially dedicated to special-purpose vehicle manufacturing. It is located in the west of Beijing National Economic and Technological Development Area, near the 5th Ring Road and Beijing-Tianjin Expressway in the south. It has a building area of 20,000 square meters with over 120 units of production equipment, of which 16 units are large-scale equipment for semi-trailers. At present, it has a total staff of 258. Among its 48 managers, 19 are engineering and technical professionals in developing and designing semi-trailers; and 6 are senior staff in technical process. More significantly, more than 90 percent of its managers have higher degrees and long experience in the field.
In its endeavor for better quality, the company introduces in many advanced designs and production process, uses raw materials and components of well-known brands both from the country and abroad, adopts scientific management methods and supervises the whole production process with its quality control system. These efforts are made just to ensure the excellent quality of its semi-trailers and also maximize the economic benefit of the customers. The serial special semi-trailer products of the company now include: 10-30t ordinary series, extendable series, container series, low flat platform series, self-dump series, car transporter series and chamber series. The company now has a production capacity of 800 units per shift/year.
