Upcera is a company specialized in precision ceramic materials research & development, production and sale. We have R&D in Nano-ceramic materials for more than 20 years.
Upcera block is a partially sintered 3mol% yttria (Y2O3) stabilized zirconia (ZrO2) blank , which is made from zirconia ceramics powder by cold isostatic pressing and machining. It more homogeneous than uniaxial pressed. After fully densified, Zir-block has high strength, excellent biocompatibility and aesthetics. Upcera blank can be machined to dental restorations by different CNC or manual milling systems. Applications include both anterior and posterior single tooth or bridge restorations.
The zirconia block of Upcera can apply to different kinds of CAD/CAM system and manual system.

August 2008 this project approved CE certification; the certification number is 0029
We can customize the zirconia blocks as different performance and size customer requirement.
