All the instruments undergo vigorous quality checking before they leave the warehouse. We guarantee our instruments against faulty manufacture or materials for the life of the instrument. If, during normal use, the instrument breaks, cracks, bends or corrodes, we will replace it free of charge. Besides, SUNRAY has owned 18 customer service centers in different cities in China, and our sales, marketing and administration team interact closely with our distribution and logistic department to ensure that we can offer the highest level of service and support to our customers.
