Warranty Policy:
Shinemed guarantees each product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service. Shinemed will repair or replace any defective devices that are returned to Shinemed, and will provide a thirteen (13) months warranty on new device delivered to distributors.
Technical Training:
Shinemed provides free technical & service training to the technical & sales staff of distributors for the related products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail or skype as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed in Beijing China. Shinemed will be responsible for the accommodation and transportation in Beijing and distributors will be responsible for the double-way air tickets.
Technical Support & After Sales Service:
Distributors can contact our overseas service engineers for the technical support or the problems of after sales service via telephone, E-mail, fax, MSN or Skype. Distributors will furnish product name, model number, serial number, and a detailed description of problems. Any return of the device is not allowed without the authorization of the overseas service engineers. |
