Shenyang Jinfeng Special Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. (Jinfeng Co.) was founded in October 1993 as a Sino-Russian joint venture. It is technologically based on Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Institute of Strength Physics and Materials Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences. The management and technical team are scientists and senior engineering technicians from China and Russia. It mainly concerns about the development and manufacture of special tools and powder metallurgy products. The products are widely used in the field of petrochemicals. The company adopted the ISO9001 quality system certification and is the main manufacturer of accessories of plastic extrusion granulation equipment for China petrochemical enterprises.
The company's leading product, metal-ceramic composite pelletizing knife, has been widely used in the domestic large-scale petrochemical enterprises and has 80% of the market share. Some products have been exported to Czech Republic, Brazil, Spain and other international markets. Metal-ceramic composite granulation die plates have been used on the product line of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Zhongyuan Petrochemical Co. Ltd., Nanjing Yangtze Petrochemical Co. Ltd., Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. The company has developed a large-scale granulation die plate with the production capacity of 200,000 ton polyolefin per year. This die plate has run for many years in Polypropylene Division, Yanshan Petrochemical Co. Ltd. Its performance has reached the advanced level of similar imported products.
