Establish in 1998,Xiamen Huipeng is a professional manufacturer of backpack, school bags, travel bags, sport bags, trolley bags, laptop bags, cooler bags, pencil bags. We ever manufactured for many domestic large-scale trading companines. With the development of our business, we established our own foreign trade department at Xiamen, the beautiful garden city of China in 2006.
At present, we also friendly cooperate with another two large factories, who covering an area of 23,500 square meters in total and have employees about 650. There are 18 high effective production lines, in which 16 for Oxford bag, 2 for PU bag. We not only have good manufacturers but also have 10 steady material suppliers. Most of them are from Mainland, China. We have cooperated with them more than 5 years. That is one reason why we can offer the most competitive price.
We have an experienced R& D TEAM with 10 employees. All of them worked at least 5years in this industry and some of them even worked for famous bag companies, such as SHANGHAI DASHENG, who is famous for the brands of ABS and EVA. They can design as many as 15 new styles per month.. Usually, we can present the design as well as the sample within 3days if our customers request A new design.(but if our manufactuer need to make a new mold, it will take a little more)
In addition that, we also have our QC TEAM. It was made up by 50 staffs and some advanced equitment. All our staffs are the experts of quality control. They know material, every process, some quality criterion very much. Usually we have a General QC Team, then 2-3 checkers make a group to check for each line. The special point during the checking is that we separate checking from production to avoid unqualified products going into the packing process directly.
