It is specialized in production thermal transfer fax ribbons, thermal transfer barcode ribbons, thermal transfer paper, thermal transfer jumbo rolls and toner. After years of development, now it is become one of the biggest cutting manufacturers of thermal transfer ribbons in China with annual output of more than 90,000,000square meters in its 5 factories which locate in Beijing, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Guangzhou
Powerlong has a group of outstanding R&D people, production technique design engineers and technical workers. It is producing by advanced production facilities such as precise print testing system, semi-auto silting machines and three auto coating lines. Basing on real production experience, the company has also developed a total new TY-F1000 slitting machine which already reach the European standard .It has also established a long-term cooperative partner relationship with the main raw materials suppliers of thermal transfer ribbons in the world. All products are inspected strictly by Quality control departments before sent out for sales. In early 2005, Powerlong applied a new IT solution ,SAP system, to make its management, production and logistics upgraded. The company has been approved by ISO9001 International Quality System and ISO14001 International Environment System. In 2007, Powerlong's thermal transfer ribbons have also got the RoHS and SGS certification. All these make Powerlong now not only successful in its domestic brands, including TTR and POWER LONG, but also in it is exporting business.
