In 1999, Everise invested USD7, 040, 000 to establish Everise Special Metal Products Co., Ltd(ShenZhen Office)., which is engaged in manufacturing various cold-rolled thin steel sheets and strips. The products are widely used in household appliances, electric machines, steel, automobile and construction projects. 30% of production is exported to Europe, America and the Middle East.
Everise boasts 450 advanced continuous rolling AGC high precision full-automatic controlling lines, which can strictly control the tolerance of the product thickness. Everise Special Metal Products currently has around 200 employees, 10% of whom are technicians and engineers, with the annual production capacity of 100, 000 metric tons.
