Shanghai Jinchipeng Industrial Co., Ltd. has been specializing in automobile air-conditioner manufacturing since early 1990's. Our company gathers a group of professional air-conditioner experts and skillful technicians and has established good cooperation with world-known bus manufacturers and air-conditioner producers.
Our company is growing into an efficient private-owned enterprise by constant learning and self-completion. Now, we have 180 workers. The workshop area is 4,300 square meters; the productivity has reached 5,000 pieces per year, and the annual sale is over 50.5 million US dollars in 2007. The main products we are producing are rooftop, rear-mounted and integral bus air conditioners. We are enlarging our exporting market and have established solid trade relationship with many companies in Southeast Asia and South America.
In order to keep up with our basic concept "Pursuing the best quality", we set up technological team to analyze and study world-famous bus air-conditioner. By assimilation and absorption of their advantages and the combination of Chinese geographic and climatic characteristics, we have established efficient, less-energy-consuming, quiet-noisy but long-life design and manufacturing system to produce Cachet air-conditioner with cooling capability ranged from 13,000kcal/h to 45,000kcal/h to meet the requirements of tour buses, double-deck buses and city buses ranging from 6 to 18 meters.
We set up a scientific quality control system under the standardization of ISO9001; passed the China Certification Center for Quality Mark and China Certification Centre for automotive products; were awarded "Excellent Bus Parts Producer" in 2004 and "Most Excellent Bus Parts Producer" in 2005. Many bus producers have considered cachet air-conditioner as the standard configuration.such as VOLVO, CHINA BENZ,etc. Moreover, we are the only assigned repairing agent of German Bock Compressor in China after their years of research and examination.
