Boya Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. We are specialized in manufacturing extruded plastic tubes (PE tubes) for cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, household, personal care and industrial products packaging. There are fourteen automatic manufacturing lines in service, which can ensure the stability of product's quality and can satisfy different requirements from customers.
Advanced technology and competitive price have earned Boya Packaging the leading position in plastic tube industry in China. Our annual production capacity has reached 150,000,000 pieces of tubes since the second producing base was brought into use in 2003 in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Thanks for the customers' trust, Boya Packaging has been developing rapidly these years. By the end of 2005, we have achieved the sales volume of over 100, 000, 000 pieces of tubes.
With a professional team of mould developing and advanced equipments imported oversea, various kinds of tubes are available in Boya factories. We can supply customers with tubes from extruded mono tubes to co-extruded tubes (double-layer and five-layer-tubes); types from round shape, oval shape to flat shape; diameters from 16mm to 60mm and fluid capacities from 5ml to 500ml.
As a leading manufacturer in plastic tube field, Boya has been supported by sound technology, such as injection molding (caps), bi-injection molding, sealing, hot-stamping, labeling, and varnishing. It can provide customers with different decoration processes which include offset-printing, silkscreen printing, hot-foil stamping, in-mold labeling and hot-stamping. The research and mould developing team of Boya can provide satisfactory service according to the different designs from clients, such as special tube heads, nozzles, lip applicators as well as special tail ending.
