Cangzhou Haixin Pipe-Fittings Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a professional producer and exporter of steel pipe fittings. Founded in 1998, our company covers an area of 56,880 square meters. We are located in the "tube city" of Mengcun County, Hebei Province, in the east of Bohai Sea, in the north of Beijing and Tianjin, adjacent to West China's Third Chemical City-Cangzhou, with Shandong Province in the south, being 150km away from Tianjin Port enjoying convenient transportation networks.
Our company has attained ISO9001:2000 Quality-System Certification and Pressure Pipe Manufacturing License. We have 8 advanced pipe production lines, and perfect crafts, for example: forging, hydraulic-pressure, intermediate-frequency, machine machining, cold molding, heat extrusion, heat treatment and other procedures. At present, we have a total staff of 268 people, among whom there are 38 technical personnel, 16 foreign traders, and 6 high grade managers.
Our main products include Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Reducers and Caps which are made of high pressure carbon steel, middle pressure carbon steel, low-pressure carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, with annual steel production exceeding 12,000 tons. They are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, Africa and other countries and regions. According to your requirements, we can produce all kind of pipes with different thickness, such as ASME B16.9~16.28; JIS B2311; DIN2605; DIN2615; DIN2616 and DIN2617.
Our production techniques are various and advanced. 1/2 inch-24 inches seamless elbows are made by intermediate-frequency curving pipe machine; 16 inches-72 inches butt welding elbows are made by using double-faced submerged arc welding; tees are made by hydraulic pressure technique; reducers and the caps are molded. All products are formed by using molds. We assure you that errors are inside the pale of tolerance. |
