Landmark Group (Landmark) is a Sino-Korea joint venture with two subsidiaries, namely Landmark Steel Co., Ltd. and Landmark Engineering Co, Ltd. Landmark Group specializes in manufacturing prefabricated houses, steel structure buildings and colored steel products, such as steel sandwich panels and corrugated steel plates. With registered capital of USD4.63 million, our total assets amount to over USD14 million and our annual sales turnover reaches several hundred million US dollars.
Headquartered at Tongzhou Economic Development Zone, we are 30km from National Highway G103. With a building area of 30 thousand square meters, Landmark Group owns facilities including prefabricated house workshop, steel structure workshop, color-coated workshop and provisional warehouse. With all-round development in these three main fields, Landmark Group has achieved annual productivity of 2 million square meters of prefabricated houses, 10 thousand tons of steel buildings and 2 million meter colored steel sheets. Furthermore, we have established offices in many cities in China, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao, Tangshan, Shenyang and many other medium-sized cities.
We have obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate, and we are a member of China Steel Construction Society, China Construction Metal Structure Association and China Heat & Sound Insulation Materials Association. We can provide services from designing, manufacturing to installation and after-sales services professionally. With a R&D center and manufacturing plant located in Beijing, Landmark makes full use of the rich HR in Beijing, our cautious management and flexible mechanism, which enable us to provide various services efficiently to satisfy customers.
