Established in May 1996, Elec-Tech International Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Elec-Tech) is mainly engaged in the design, production and sale of Opto-electronics, SDA (Small Home Appliances), Mini & Particular Motor, Wind Power Equipment. The company was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2004 with share code 002005, and the equity capital was RMB 323 million. The main products of Elec-Tech are Opto-electronics, including LED epitaxy, LED chips, encapsulation, LED lighting and LED display; SDA (Small Home Appliances), Mini & Particular Motor, Wind Power Equipment. Elec-tech Group has 12 subsidiary companies which are located in Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Yangzhou, Wuhu and Dalian.

Elec-tech got ISO9001 certification in 1998 by TUV CERT. A well Established Testing Center in Zhuhai ensure robust design through Product Qualification Test Plan. Certified facilities by TUV and UL. The company has owned 145 patented technologies and designs, including 14 patents certificated in foreign countries.
