Dongguan Lianying Nonwoven Tech. Co. Ltd. has been established in 1999 as a medium manufacturer of series non-woven fabric. It is a member of Guangdong Province Non-woven Fabric Association and a director of Dongguan City Enterprise Association. It has three subsidiaries: (HK) Lianying Trade Company, (Dongguan) Lianying Fiber Product Co., Ltd. and Lianfeng Fiber Product Co.. The factory area covers 32,000 square metres and they are self-own properties.
The company is dedicated to construct a knowledge acquiring company and has its company culture as being strict, passionate, united and win-win acquisition. The staff team of the company is well-trained, competitive in technology, and having rich manufacturing experience and sales experience.
With strong manufacturing capacity, the company imported advanced manufacturing devices and technologies from Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Germany as well as the Zhejiang and Shanghai Provinces. At present, there are 13 assembling lines manufacturing non-woven fabric with professional devices, with annual output of 10,000 tons. The company is a leading company in the non-woven fabric industry in Pearl River Delta.
The company has complete organization structure and each department has complete function designations. Software QUICK??RP is applied in company internal organization, ISO??000 is introduced into product quality management and 5S management guidance is implemented in manufacturing site. Professional product designers in the company are increasing the competitiveness of the company. The products of the company passed product tests of CN117 (California Tech-nical Bulletin No.117-2000,Section C, Man-Made Fibre Filling Materials) and BS 5852 standard (BS 5852 Part2:1982, Butane Flame Test) required byITS company. It also passed environment protection test of SGS (Commission of the European Communities) and the directive adopted in July 19, 2002 called Directive 2002/61/EC. |
