Cangzhou Forward Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the development and manufacture of piston series since 1985. Our factory is located in Cangzhou City, with convenient transportation access. Our advantages are abundant experience, imported advanced equipment and excellent technical force.
We emphasize quality, and have implemented a strict and complete QC system. All of our products comply with international quality standards, sell well in domestic and international markets and are greatly appreciated in a variety of markets around the world. To better serve customers, offices are set up in Tianjin, Beijing and Prague respectively.
We have three branch plants: Mould development and manufacture plant, Piston production plant and Special alloy plant.
Operating items:
1. Mould development and manufacture plant: Undertake gravity low voltage & high voltage casting mould production and process copper, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting moulds. Produce processing and casting equipment
2. Piston plant: Mainly produce car pistons, engineering machinery pistons, marine pistons and wind-cooled pistons, with diameters within 50-200mm. Produce combined-type pistons, 2-ring pistons, butterfly type oil-saving asymmetric pistons, wear-resisting ring pistons, steel plate pistons and inside cold channel pistons. Surface treatment techniques include coating graphite, tin, phosphate, hard anodic oxidation, etc.
3. Special alloy plant: We can produce high Ni austenitic alloy wear-resisting ring pistons according to Mahler standards, international standards or customers' requests. We can also manufacture high temperature resistant and wear-resistant alloy parts.
