Chuzhou Prosperity Environmental Protection Color Fiber Co., Ltd locate in Yangtze River Delta, east to Nanjing and Yangzhou, west to Hefei and Bengbu. The company owns convenient transportation as Beijing-Shanghai and Huainan railway, 104, 312, 205 state road, Hefei-Nanjing and Nanjing-Luoyang expressway are nearby. Anbang occupies an area of 600 mu with a total investment of 0.7bln yuan. The project adopts the most advanced technology(Melt-Direct Spining) and equipment to produce differential color PSF and chip.
The Company began to produce polyester varieties in Jan 2007and 10 production lines are gradually put into operation before Sep 2007. The differential&colored fiber line is the largest capacity project with most advanced technology in China. It uses the advanced on-line adding technology, rejects and replaces the traditional dyeing technology, which eliminates the environment pollution from headstream to achieve a clean production process and is considered as a revolution in textile industry.
