Shenzhen QF solar Cell S&T Co., LTD, established in 2002, is a company specialized for application and production of A-Si solar cell and equipments. We also do researches, manufacture and sales of the BIPV.
Our products include A-Si modules, solar panel of outdoor, indoor, heterotypic, transparent window and BIPV solar modules. The products are widely used in the PV power generation, solar lawn lights, calculators, watches and some small products.
We also produce and supply production line equipments of A-Si solar cell with own techniques and patents. We have been doing solar cell for many years and used to make production line equipments of A-Si solar cell for many factories successfully. We have also passed the ISO9001&ISO14001.
