Mudanjiang North Alloy Tools Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Heilongjiang North Tools Co., Ltd. of China South Industries Group Corporation. Established in 1953, we are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in domestic market.
Our company is located in the center of Mudanjiang, a famous tourist city in North China. The city is close to Suifenhe which is a Sino-Russia trade port, and Jingpo Lake which is a summer resort. Our company enjoys convenient condition in highway, railway and air transportation. We have 160 employees, and our workshop covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters. We have more than 280 sets of advanced equipment, including spraying granulators, cold isostatic presses, 1000MT oil presses, full automatic powder presses, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnaces, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnaces, American AVS pressure sintering furnaces and ball lapping machines.
Our company passed the evaluation of ISO9001:1994 quality system certification in 1997, and attained ISO9001:2000 edition transfer certification in 2002. We have also attained National Second-Class Metering Inspection Qualification. In 1986, our company joined in CTIA, becoming a director unit of Cemented Carbide Branch.
Giving full play to our military industrial technology and resource advantage, we established tungsten material R&D center in domestic firstly. Our R&D center carries out projects cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science & Technology and other university and research institutes. We specialize in the research and development of new materials, new process and new technology. We provide assurance to high density tungsten alloy products used in scientific research and production of national defense industry. |
